about

This album was recorded for continuous play. For best results, set your playback device to "gapless play".

Here's the story:

In 1995 we found ourselves a duo and decided to retire from live performance. Blunt Trauma was written and recorded during this period, and created without any consideration for playing the material live. Of course, after it's completion, we decided to get back on stage, and these songs have been both a challenge and a pleasure to play over the years.

I decided to remaster the album for its 15th anniversary. I did try to correct for the limits of 1990's technology, but otherwise, aside from fixing a few tiny glitches, the album is as close to the original as possible.
